Pre-Departure Information

Dear Radley Team Tanzania 2014!

We wanted to send a quick message prior to the team departing for Tanzania. We hope that your preparation and packing is pretty much done and you are looking forward to your flight tomorrow!

Just a couple of last-minute tips;

1. Please do not to pack anything on the outside of the main hold luggage. It almost certainly won’t arrive still attached!

2. Please also pack a change of underwear, toothbrush (not paste) and any other absolute essentials in your hand luggage (medication, anti-malarial tablets), just in case any main bags go missing on the flight. It is unlikely, but best to be safe. We would also recommend that you wear your boots on the journey, as this saves on weight in your luggage and means that if your bag is delayed somewhere that you will still have a pair of good, comfy shoes to wear.
Keeping in touch: We have set up this blogsite for each group travelling overseas with us, to keep parents/friends up to date with what you are up to. We will be updating the blog as often as possible with news from the team – at least every 2 days.
Trip Information: You can find specific trip information and documents here This page has some key documents (itinerary, trip information pack, risk assessments) plus general Inspire information and our Emergency number – also detailed below.
